To Make A Reservation

We are so pleased that you would like to use our service to access the beautiful Nancy Lake State Recreation Area.  There are 2 ways to make a reservation with Tippecanoe.

1. Your trip is less than 7 days away—Please call us and we will assist you over the phone.  Your reservation will be made and we will provide you with deposit instructions.  Be prepared to provide us with the date and approximate time you intend to pick up your equipment from our office.

2. Your trip is more than 7 days away — You can call as above or e-mail us with the following information.  Please make sure to include all of this information.  You may want to cut and paste the following form into your e-mail.

Location you are interested in: Red Shirt Lake, Canoe Trail System, Nancy Lake, Bald Lake— we don’t take reservations for S. Rolly Lake.

Start Date—this is the day you will pick up the equipment from our office and access the canoe.

Return Date — this is the day you will lock up the canoe and return the equipment to our office.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. 

A full refund will be made on cancellations received 36 hours prior to reservation date.

To better clarify this policy please read on.

If you have a reservation scheduled for 9 a.m. July 3 and desire to cancel with a full refund, we must hear from you before 9 p.m. on July 1st.

This allows enough time for Tippecanoe to make your canoe available to another party.
